Dialing additional numbers may now seem to pose no difficulty. With Palm webOS, users can now set up their phone to make dialing additional numbers as easily as falling off a log. It’s as simple as knowing the T’s and P’s.
When palm users are calling an automated ‘menu’ system and know the numbers they want to dial, they can insert a two-second pause in the dialing sequence by inserting a T where they want the pause to appear. Users who want a longer pause can insert another T.
In addition, calling business contacts that have an extension that can be dialed after calling the company’s main number is made extremely facile. Enter a P before the extension number. Users can tap the onscreen dial icon in order to begin the call. After which, users will notice a button in the phone application to tap when they’re dialed in to the company.
So dial additional numbers now with great ease.
