Opera logo Opera Software has announced the release of Opera Mobile 9.5, which happens to be the latest version of the award-winning Opera Web browser for smart phones and other mobile phones with sophisticated features.

Opera Mobile 9.5 builds on the Opera browser’s unique core architecture. The latest version offers a browsing experience closest to that of browsing on a PC and complete with innovations like zooming and panning. On the whole, this makes it easier to navigate, browse and load Web pages on a mobile phone.

Further, Opera Mobile 9.5 deploys Opera’s Presto rendering engine that helps to achieve page load speeds comparable to a desktop experience. It greatly improves page responsiveness with the heavy use of languages like JavaScript and Ajax.

Another salient feature of Opera Mobile 9.5 is the intuitive user interface. Users will benefit from the rather intuitive Opera Zoom feature, allowing them to actually get into the Web page and be closer to the content they want.

Productivity also improves when using the Opera Mobile 9.5 browser as users will be able to save pages for offline browsing. Other features include Web address auto complete and password manager.

Opera Mobile 9.5 also offers full support for Web 2.0, Widgets and Flash. Thus, mobile Web users will be able to access their favorite sites like Facebook, Myspace and others.

The latest version of the Opera Mobile Web browser also includes support for OperaWidgets which are mini applications that allow content to be easily accessed from the mobile phone’s idle screen with just a few clicks.
