Many-a-times, the interesting sites that we bookmark are always left behind and soon forgotten. But now, Opera software makes it possible to open any link at anyplace and on any device.
Opera has always connected mobile with the desktop worlds. Opera is the only company that has brought the Web on every electronic device. Opera Software has re-identified simpler web browsing for PCs, mobile phones and other networked devices with the introduction of “Opera Link”.
On October 25, 2007, in Oslo, Opera Software announced the presence of Opera Link. Opera Link carries the high-performance Opera 9.5 beta with the newest beta of Opera Mini 4. It is the world’s most popular mobile Web browser.
“We refuse to believe people should compromise their experience when they access the Web from different devices. With Opera Link, we give them a consistent experience uniquely suited to the way they want to use the Web. But as cool as we think Opera Link is now, we are already hard at work making it even more valuable to our users in the future. Opera Link means convergence without compromise.” says Jon von Tetzchner, CEO, Opera.
Opera Link can be started in mobile phones as well as in computers. With Opera Link, wherever you are, whatever Opera browser you are using, or whichever device you use Opera on, the connection can instantly access to your bookmarks, speed dial and personal bar.
If in case the computer or device with a browser is not supporting Opera Link, still the device can access to bookmarks and speed dial. It just needs to log onto link.opera.com in to the Web version of Opera Link.
With Opera Link, a new level of convenience from device to device, there would not be any trouble in entering text on mobile phones, as it can be saved.
Synchronization with your bookmarks from your Mac or PC, from Opera Mini or Opera Mobile on your mobile phone, or log on to the Web version of Opera Link has become very simple.
With Opera Link no bookmarks will be left behind or missed. It makes your bookmarks present wherever you are present.
