The OnePlus 6 has gotten leaked once again, only this time Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan is the tipster behind it all. The star is the brand ambassador for the company in India and recently tweeted out a couple of pictures of himself and CEO Pete Lau.
It seems Bachchan might have made a mistake with one of his posts, as it clearly shows him holding the black OnePlus 6 side-by-side with Lau who’s holding the white OnePlus 6. The tweet was removed later on, but it was left up there long enough for people to grab screenshots. It’s possible he posted the photos early by accident.
Bachchan also took a selfie with Lau, providing a glimpse at what the OnePlus 6’s snapshots will look like. As for the handset itself, there have already been several leaks about the phone to give a complete idea of what the smartphone looks like.
The white OnePlus 6 hasn’t popped up as much though, so the new images do allow for a closer look at it. It appears to have a matte finish at the back, in contrast to the black model’s glossy rear. This might mark it as a special variant, perhaps a ceramic or sandstone model.

Meanwhile, OnePlus has begun teasing the handset’s slow-motion skills on social media with a short 12-second video. The phone will probably feature a 20MP + 16MP rear camera setup to accomplish this. Other rumored specs include a Snapdragon 845 processor, a 3450mAh battery, a 6.2-inch 19:9 OLED display, and Android 8.1 Oreo.
The OnePlus 6 is due to come out internationally on May 16 and in India on May 17.
