The winners get the co-branded physical invite during the flight. Some people even stand a chance to score the OnePlus 2 itself through select flights. This new collaboration with AirAsia is supposed to part of the China-based brand’s renewed push towards providing more invites to its India fans.

The device is also set to be available in an open sale for an hour sometime soon. The event is apparently meant to be seen as an apology to customers, as shipments for the OnePlus handset have been delayed. However, the occasion is not meant for Indian consumers. They’ll have to obtain invites through the various other schemes the manufacturer has dreamed up to offer it.
