The NPR News app for Android permits users to click for listening to music and then toggle between applications as the audio plays, thanks to its enabling of backgrounding. In fact, listen to captivating programs and read news at the very same time.

On the other hand, its news section shows NPR’s top 10-20 topics of the day ranging from Science to Books to World News. There’s even an NPR Station Listening Choices that bring forth easy-to-find and bookmark more than 600 favorite NPR stations and hundreds of station on-demand streams.
