Nokia X Arrives in India for Rs 8599, supports Android apps and Microsoft services

The Nokia X Android smartphone has landed in India already and it doesn’t ask you to spend a whole lot of money for it. Nokia has attached a price tag of Rs 8,599 to it and has already started selling it in the country. However, the X+ and XL devices have not been launched as of now.

Let’s take a look at the specifications of the phone in question. One of its key highlights is that it tags along some Microsoft services and even lets you download Android applications. A 4-inch capacitive LCD WVGA touchscreen is what you get for the reasonable price along with a 3MP camera capable of recording videos.

Internally, the Nokia X features a dual core Snapdragon S4 processor ticking at 1GHz and 512MB of RAM to go with it. Most of the connectivity attributes have been tossed into the mix and its built-in 1500mAh battery can cough up the juice for talk time of about 10.5 hours at a stretch.
