As reported earlier in November, the Nokia N82 was launched around the world. Nokia N82 has now been launched officially in the Indian markets. The Nokia N82 is a mobile phone which offers access to a host of multimedia features like photography, navigation and internet connectivity.

The N82 handset has a 5 mega-pixel camera with powerful Xenon flash and Carl Zeiss optics. Nokia N82 delivers good photographs even in low light conditions. It also has an auto focus assist lamp which reloads quickly between shots and offers DVD-like picture quality. N82 comes with a 2GB microSD card which allows the user to store up to 900 high resolution photos or 84 minutes video of high resolution.
The Nokia N82 offers A-GPS functionalities and Nokia Maps comes pre-installed in the handset which helps the users to locate new places. This service is accessible to users and offers more than 15 million points of interest globally.
The new Nokia handset has a high speed Wi-Fi connectivity which can upload images or online communities with just one click. The user is allowed to view multimedia slideshows with music and effects either on mobile or on a compatible TV.
Nokia N82 offers a content driven 3D multimedia menu which includes orientation sensor which rotates the user interface automatically between horizontal and portrait mode.
Nokia N82 also supports the Ovi family of Nokia internet service, including Nokia Music Store, N-Gage games and Nokia Maps.
The Nokia N82 is now available in the Indian market for immediate sale for a cost of Rs.28,379.
