Nokia users will be glad to know that the company has announced the availability of its gaming service called N-Gage, in India. This service offers exceptional gaming titles along with an enhanced online experience.
Initially, the N-Gage service will offer 30 gaming titles developed by popular publishers such as Gameloft, EA Mobile, Glu Mobile and India Games, apart from the Nokia Games Publishing.
Vineet Taneja, Director Marketing, Nokia India said, “With N-Gage, Nokia is looking at redefining the gaming experience for consumers in India as well as creating a strong and collaborative ecosystem so as to catalyze the market for mobile gaming. We are aiming to provide a holistic consumer experience, be it in terms of discovery and access, top quality content, billing flexibility and innovative devices and accessories.”
The N-Gage application lets users connect with other e-players through the N-Gage Arena community. Users can discuss topics via live chats and message boards and can also participate in tournaments and events. You can also earn N-Gage points by playing games and participating in community activities.
Additionally, the service will allow users to try each game before purchasing it. Gamers can look forward to access a wide range of gaming titles, fun-filled features and can also play games in either landscape or portrait mode.
The N-Gage games in India are priced between Rs 49 and Rs 299. The service is compatible with Nokia Nseries and other Nokia S60 edition devices including N81, N81 (8GB), N82, N79, N85, N95, N95 (8GB), Nokia 5320 XpressMusic and 6210 Navigator.
