The Nokia Lumia 625 has finally been unveiled and the device is all set to go up for sale in multiple regions across the world very soon. Interested users in India, Latin America, China, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific can look forward to owning the Nokia device in this quarter itself.

The phablet in question is a mid-range device that crams in some decent features. It is the biggest smartphone in this series from the Finnish manufacturer as the Nokia Lumia 625 employs a 4.7-inch capacitive touchscreen on its chassis measuring 133.2 millimeters in length. The 4G-enabled handset has a 5MP primary camera as well as a VGA webcam for capturing images, recording movies and making conference calls.

Packaged along with Coloud Boom headphones, the entertainment-ready smartphone acquires steam from a 1.2GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and 512MB of RAM. The Windows Phone 8 handset that has already received the Amber update, provides 8GB of onboard memory and allows expanding it further by up to 64GB using a microSD card. A 2000mAh battery has also been thrown into the mix.

Moreover, the gadget has been pre-installed with applications like Smart Camera, Cinemagraph, Xbox Live, Microsoft Office, Here, Internet Explorer 10 and many more. Prospective customers can also head over to the Windows Phone store for downloading additional apps and games. It is slated to come drenched in shades of black, white, green, orange or yellow and will also be accompanied by 5 changeable shells.

A country-specific price for the Lumia 625 has not been revealed, but its estimated MRP before taxes and subsidies is tagged at €220. An exact shipping date is yet to be announced.
