The headset weighs just 8g and is accompanied by a black holder that can be clipped onto the pocket, making it conveniently reachable and safe from drops. It functions on simple on/off and touch answer/end controls. The device is fueled by a rechargeable 115mAh Li-ion Polymer battery.
The peripheral can be operated for a maximum of 5 hours within a 10m range. The standby time is good for up to 100 hours while it’s only switched on.
With active background noise cancellation supported by Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology and wind noise reduction, there is less of a disruption due to ambient noises. The automatic echo cancellation and voice cancelling in-ear design add to call clarity.
The availability and price details of the new Bluetooth headset have not received a mention. It is compatible with all phones in the Nokia series and comes accompanied by extra ear-caps, a microUSB charger and a carrying clip CH-1.
