Exactly a day before the Nokia Asha 502 and 503 are slated to launch, specifications of both the gadgets have been leaked on the web. This is definitely not the first time when these devices are making headlines, and we got a fair idea of what they have in store for us back in August itself.
@evleaks had already given us a clear look at the phones in question and now the guys over at NokiaPowerUSer.com have come across the devices’ details at the company’s Tmall shop, just a day after the features of the Lumia 1520 were leaked. This WP8 gadget is also slated to be unveiled at the October 22 event to be held in Abu Dhabi. Apart from these, a Windows RT tablet may also be introduced tomorrow.
Coming back to the topic at hand, the components of the Asha 502 and Asha 503 are pretty much the same, except that the latter can offer 3G connectivity. They boast of dual-shot design and are crammed inside a chassis with dimensions of 102.55 x 60.55 x 11.5 millimeters. They tip the scale at 112 grams and are loaded with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
In select markets, the Finnish manufacturer plans to release the dual SIM versions of the handsets too. Apart from a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen, prospective customers can expect a 5MP camera with LED flash, a 1200mAh battery, a microSDcard slot and more. Apps like Plants vs. Zombies and WhatsApp Messenger have been pre-loaded on the gadgets.
The Nokia Asha 502 and Asha 503 carry a price tag that reads $110 and will be released in December in shades of yellow, red, green, blue, black and white.
