With the Lumia 920 and 820 stepping in elegantly, a number of accessories such as the Nokia Luna, JBL PowerUp wireless charging speaker, wireless charging stand, Fatboy charging pillow and more have been churned out to complement the newly unveiled handsets. The lineup primarily comprises of wireless charging solutions, audio peripherals and a Bluetooth headset.
First to enter is the Nokia Wireless Charging Shell that has been tailored for the Lumia 820 as well as the 920. These colored cases modify the appearance of the device and cooperate with all kinds of charging options. Another rather interesting juicing up alternative is the Fatboy charging pillow that starts powering the device as soon as it is placed on the station.
The Nokia wireless charging plate works just like the pillow, with users simply needing to fill up the phone by dropping it onto the surface. It also shows off lights to display the charging status. The new charging stand without wires is precisely what its name says it is and there’s a Nokia Accessory app which will provide access to relevant applications while the device is still attached to the add-on.
In terms of audio, the company had slid the curtains off its PlayUp speaker just last week. Using NFC, the all new JBL PowerUp wireless charging speaker can be paired with the smartphone to listen to music, while the latter gets charged wirelessly. The Luna Bluetooth headset that was launched last year has just been updated with fresh colors, NFC compatibility and wireless charging ability. This piece of hardware now arrives in hues of red, yellow, black, white and cyan.
The aforesaid Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 accessories are lined up to be launched with the two devices.
