Nokia rolls out its latest user friendly phone in India called 6208 Classic. The company’s first series 40 touch-input phone, it offers an alphanumeric keypad and handwriting recognition features along with pen input.
The phone puts forward a combination of a large 2.4” QVGA touch screen and an innovative stylus. This blend allows the user to easily play around with the phone’s features. It enables trouble-free messaging in simplified English text. The phone’s larger fonts make messaging and browsing together with viewing web pages and pictures convenient.
Speaking on the new 6208 classic, Mr. Vineet Taneja, Marketing Director, Nokia India commented, “We are extremely excited to launch the Nokia 6208 Classic truly designed for convenience. This is our first series 40 touch input aimed to give our consumers an enhanced messaging experience.”
He added, “With a 3.2 megapixel camera, dual LED flash and 8x digital zoom, the Nokia 6208 classic makes capturing memories and sharing moments, fun and easy.”
The stylish phone is created using stainless steel back cover. It is designed to offer easy usability while also having a comfortable grip. Huge memory storage up to 8GB by optional microSD cards is also supported by the handset. The memory storage can be used for storing images, videos, music and more.
Nokia 6208 Classic will be available for a price of Rs 13,259.
