New iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, iMac India costs announced

Apple’s ongoing WWDC 2017 event has seen the launch of several hardware offerings including new iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. The company has now updated its India website to list each device’s price tag.

Starting off with the new 10.5-inch iPad Pro, the Wi-Fi only model goes for Rs 52900 (64GB), Rs 60900 (256GB), and Rs 76900 (512GB). The Wi-Fi + Cellular one ups the ante to Rs 63900, Rs 71900, and Rs 87900, respectively.

As for the 12.9-inch iPad, its Wi-Fi only variant will hit stores at Rs 65900, Rs 73900, and Rs 89900 for the 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options, correspondingly. The figures jump up to Rs 76900, Rs 84900, and an eye-raising Rs 100900, respectively, for the Wi-Fi + Cellular iteration. The last figure notably makes the tablet the first iPad from the company to cost more than a lakh.

Moving on to the Intel Kaby Lake-infused MacBook Pro lineup, the 13-inch version without a Touch Bar will set buyers back by Rs 109900, the 13-inch one with a Touch Bar by Rs 154900, and the 15-inch one with a Touch Bar by Rs 205900. All these are base figures with costs rising based on the configuration chosen.

The revamped 128GB MacBook Air and cheaper 12-inch MacBook are set to start at Rs 80900 and Rs 109900 in India. Finally, the 2017 iMac range kicks off at Rs 90900 for the 21.5-inch non-Retina model, Rs 107900 for the 21.5-inch Retina option, and Rs 148900 for the 27.5-inch Retina one.

Apple hasn’t declared when exactly the new products will be coming to India, only stating that it’ll arrive later this month.
