Intex 6000mAh power bank grabs an LED lamp, available for just Rs 2500

Yes, this may well be considered a phase wherein portable chargers are being looked at as lucrative profit bringers by manufacturers, with the new Intex 6000mAh power bank being the latest addition to the league. This new gadget from the Indian company can be grabbed at Rs 2500, and is distinguished by the fact that it features an LED lamp on it.

It bears the model name PBX-6KL, and happens to be a lightweight mobile charging solution according to its maker. The Intex 6000mAh power bank comes with a USB cable and bears on it not one but two USB 2.0 ports, with one among them offering a 5V 1A output and the other, 5V 2.1A.

The lamp consists of a total of eleven LEDs. And those aren’t the only LEDs present on the device, as indicators denoting the amount of charge that’s remaining have also found their way onto its body. A power button this Intex gadget lets you see the remaining juice.

Sized at 125 x 82 x 15mm, this new 6000mAh power bank from the Indian company tips the scales at 168gms. Of late, a number of manufacturers have been introducing their power bank solutions in the country’s market, with the trend having been started by Xiaomi last year by releasing its affordable 5200mAh and 10400mAh devices.

A few days ago, OnePlus introduced its 10000mAh capacity portable charger at Rs 1399, while Huawei brought out its 13000mAh device for Rs 1399. And then there’s even the 10050mAh Asus ZenPower power bank which is selling now at Rs 1499.

The new Intex 6000mAh power bank will soon be entering retail channels within the country with its price set at Rs 2500.
