The all new Musubo Retro iPhone 5 case is inspired by Tokyo street fashion and claims to render a precision fit for Apple’s brand new cookie. The cover basically provides a dual layer of protection to the handset, with no compromise on its design according to the company.

The exterior of the Musubo sheath is said to conveniently make space for all the ports of the sixth generation device. Moreover, the design tags along a classic 50s microphone pattern that should appeal to crooning enthusiasts. Talking about its ruggedness, the case is layered with a strong polycarbonate shell and it sports a soft silicon cushioned interior.

“Musubo’s new accessory for iPhone 5 continues the brand’s reputation for providing unique, head-turning designs that are both fashionable and functional. Musubo’s creations are fun, stylish and unlike any other cases in stores today,” remarked Jeff Galant, CEO of Smart IT USA, Musubo’s exclusive US distribution partner.

The accessory claims to cover the iPhone neatly, while not letting the handset slip out of the hands. Additionally, it supports a folding video stand. To appeal to individual tastes, this accessory will be made available in color choices of silver, black, blue, black and red. The company also intends to release many other designs along with the one in question by next month.

The Musubo Retro price is revealed to be $34.99 and it is expected to hit Amazon and other retailers in October.
