Verizon Wireless has officially launched the affordable Motorola W755 clamshell with good enough features in two beautiful colors – purple and black. Especially the music lovers can have fun with this phone as it is accompanied by Verizon Wireless’ VCAST Music service.

The music player in the phone supports AAC, AMR NB, MIDI, MP3 and WMA V9 formats. One’s own playlist can be created with Windows Media Player 11. For a wireless music experience, the phone is integrated with Stereo Bluetooth wireless technology supported by Bluetooth A2DP. The clamshell also features a 2.5 mm headset jack. The W755 can also download or stream videos via VCAST Video.

The phonebook can accommodate 1,000 contacts. The phone comes with a microSD card memory port that can support 4GB memory and optional memory card.

The phone has an external touch control system that lets one activate VCAST Music Service, Bluetooth, adjust ring volume or mute calls, search for songs, artists, track titles, genres without opening the clamshell.
