The Motorola Moto G Turbo Edition has been launched in India, nearly a month after debuting in Mexico. The handset is up for purchase exclusively via Flipkart priced at Rs 14499.
The 4G-compatible Motorola Moto G Turbo Edition is being sold with various deals to entice potential buyers. The first offers 100 random customers the chance to get 100% cashback, the second gives away double data to Airtel customers and the third involves an exchange scheme of up to Rs 6000.
The Motorola phone is an updated version of the Moto G (3rd Gen) which borrows design elements from the brand’s Turbo series. While the older unit only had IPX7 water protection, the newer model comes with IP67 certification. This means it can survive immersion in up to 3 feet of water for 30 minutes and is additionally dust-resistant.

One of the main talking points about the Moto G Turbo Edition is the support for Motorola’s Turbo Power technology. This feature allows the 2470mAh battery to fuel 6 hours of activities after just 15 minutes of powering up. The smartphone is also supposed to last for an entire day.
