Motorola Moto G dual SIM variant coming to India in January

Well as Motorola likes to put it, for price-conscious consumers ‘who don’t want to pay $600 or more for high-end smartphones,’ the Moto G would be the right choice. This device packs in an impressive array of specifications, but that’s definitely not evident from its humble price tag. In the US, the handset will be sold contract-free with unlocked SIM and bootloader at $179 and $199 in 8GB and 16GB variants, respectively.

News is also that the Google-owned company will be delivering the smartphone in India this January. To further that, trusted business advisor Guy Kawasaki has disclosed that India and Brazil are the two nations that will be getting a dual SIM version of the Moto G. No official confirmation on its would-be price has come out as yet, but conversions according to today’s exchange rate bring it to Rs 11,322 (8GB) and Rs 12,587 (16GB).
