Motorola graces the MotoYuva range with five new stylish handsets

Not so long ago we reported on Sprint picking up the Motorola i1, the first Android-powered smartphone with Nextel Direct. Now, Motorola expands its highly attractive MotoYuva range with five new entry level phones in India.

The new series allures users with its stylish Motouva WX181 candybar handset which comes bundled with an FM radio and many other helpful features. The MotoYuva WX260 and MotoYuva WX265 feature MP3 player, extended memory up to 2GB, Bluetooth connectivity and GPRS. The new portfolio also includes MotoYuva WX290 and MotoYuva WX295 which boast of a decent digital camera and a host of powerful features for a great user experience.

Designed with style in mind, the WX181 features a vibrant 1.5-inch color display and enlightens any room with an integrated LED torch. For music aficionados, it includes an FM radio with RDS which quite impressively highlights songs, artists and genres along with a stereo headset. The handset enables up to five people to join a conference call while on the go. The handset enriches itself with around 8 hours of talktime and up to 580 hours of standby time. Under utilities, the phone has a calculator, a currency converter and an alarm clock.

With WX260’s FM radio and MP3 player, music fanatics can now enjoy long hours of their favorite tunes. Enabled with WAP 2.0, the mobile device allows users to easily browse the web and download personalized ringtones. It adorns a 1.7-inch color display and Bluetooth 2.0, and can keep users entertained for about 11 hours of non-stop music. Amplifying the style quotient, the WX265 paves the way with all the attractive features found in WX260. Apart from this, colorful lights on the forefront alert users of an incoming call, message or when the battery needs charging.

The WX260 and WX265 keep users glued to their favorite tunes anywhere, anytime. The ability to store music up to 2GB via an optional microSD card has also been added. The new handsets offers the storage capacity of up to 500 messages and 800 contacts.

On the other hand, the WX290 and the WX295 include many enticing features all covered in a stylish body. Featuring a 1.8-inch color screen, embedded digital camera, MMS and LED torch light, the WX290 emerges to be a complete entertainment package. It enables users to shoot and share their special moments with friend and family easily. Attributes like WAP 2.0 browser, stereo FM radio and Bluetooth 2.0 further enhance its appeal. The WX295 highlights the call line indication on the front flip of the handset.

All these affordable handsets are available in India at retail outlets. The WX181 can be purchased for Rs. 1,490, the WX260 for Rs. 2,190, the WX265 for Rs. 2,490, the WX290 for Rs. 2,490, and the WX295 for Rs. 2,890.
