The touchscreen handset portfolio of Motorola has the latest addition in the form of the Motorola Crush. This CDMA handset boasts of a QWERTY keyboard and offers one-touch accessibility to prominent features.

The Motorola handset sports a 2.8-inch WQVGA display that offers 240 x 400 resolution. The touchscreen handset is equipped with a 2 megapixel camera and 3.5 mm headset jack. With a 950mAh battery, the Motorola Crush delivers about 4.3 hours of talktime and 20.8 days of standby time. It supports stereo Bluetooth and enables users to expand the memory slot up to 16GB.

The dimensions of the QWERTY device are 2” x 4.17” x 0.57” and it weighs around 3.6 oz. Interestingly, the handset packages a pedometer that counts the user’s steps. The mobile phone supports MP3, WMA, MID.MIDI X_MIDI, AAC, AAC+ as well as QCELP audio formats. Further, the tap-to-silence feature enables users to silence the ringer with a simple tap.

Motorola Crush is expected to be offered by US Cellular in Q4 2009. The touchscreen handset is said to be affordable, however its pricing details are still undisclosed.
