Moto C Plus set to land in India on June 19

The Moto C is all set to make its way to India on June 19, with the brand now sending out media invites for an event on that date. It doesn’t mention the handset by name, but has been promoting the phone via its social media handles.

Moto India’s most recent tweet highlights the Moto C Plus’ 4000mAh battery, touting that the handset can go on for 30 hours at a stretch. The powerhouse additionally comes with fast charging support so you won’t have to wait around for hours to refuel.

Motorola hasn’t divulged Indian cost or availability details for the handset yet. The company’s slapped a €119 (about Rs 8580) price tag on it in Europe for the 1GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM variant. There’s also another model packing 2GB of RAM inside. We’ll have to wait and see which version the brand decides to bring here.

To recall, the Moto C Plus initially hit the scene besides the Moto C back in May this year. The latter has already hit India. The former is superior to it in many departments, sporting a higher-quality 5-inch HD screen and better 8MP rear camera.
