Skateboarding fans who lack the time or space to indulge in their favorite activity, can practice their moves virtually with the latest video game title called the Mike V: Skateboard Party which recently arrived on the iOS and Android mobile platforms. Developed by Ratrod Studio, this game is currently available for the iPhone and iPad and will arrive soon for Android smartphones as well as tablets.

The HD skateboarding title boasts of 3D graphics and comes equipped with a completely customizable control system which lets users design their own button layout. Gamers can play in the career mode wherein they are allowed to collect 25 achievements while unlocking new items and locations. With the free skate mode, players can practice and enhance their skateboarding skills without time constraints.

Ratrod Studio’s President Pat Toulouse, commented, “Since all titles currently available in the same genre were outdated, we felt like it was time for skateboard fans to finally have a game utilizing the full performance of their recent phone or tablet. We aimed to bring something new, easy to play and well adapted for both casual and advanced players.”

To get players into the groove, this game allows them to experience virtual skateboarding while listening to tracks from their own music library. The title’s soundtrack is incorporated with music by Conditions (Good Fight Music) and Revolution Mother. Furthermore, users are able to choose from among 8 types of characters which can be customized with different kinds of accessories, boards, clothes, wheels and shoes.
