Micromax Evok Dual Note with dual cameras, Nougat hits India

Micromax’s betting big on dual cameras with its latest Evok Dual Note smartphone, equipping the handset with a 13MP + 5MP combination at the back. The company plans to kick off sales from August 22 exclusively via Flipkart.

The Evok Dual Note will be available in 2GB and 3GB of RAM models priced at Rs 9999 and Rs 11499. The two only appear to differ in terms of RAM memory, so it’s up to a potential buyer to decide whether the extra Rs 1500 is worth it.

Diving into its features, the Evok Dual Note’s dual snappers come equipped with a Sony IMX258 sensor and dual-tone flash. Both lenses combined bring about standard effects like bokeh and post-production refocusing. There’s a 5MP selfie shooter up front accompanied by flash, an aperture of f/2.0, and a 78.4-wide angle lens.
