Micromax Canvas Fantabulet with 6.98-inch screen launched for Rs 7499

The Micromax Canvas Fantabulet has been unveiled in India and is set to be available exclusively via Flipkart soon. The main talking point of the handset is its massive 6.98-inch display, barely falling short being considered a tablet.

The dual-SIM Micromax Canvas Fantabulet has been slapped with a Rs 7499 price tag. The device will be competing against the likes of other phablets like the Lenovo Phab Plus, which offers a 6.8-inch display at Rs 17999. Other than the size of its screen, the phone offers the standard entry-level specs commonly found within its market segment.

A 1.3GHz quad-core processor takes care of its operations with the support of 1GB of RAM. The smartphone further contains 16GB of internal storage. Users who run out of space quickly can expand on its memory capacity up to 32GB.

Users will also be able to listen to audio through a pair of speakers on the front surface of the handset.
