The Micromax Bold A064 popped up on the company’s website a few days back with no sign of price or availability from the OEM. Well, the maker is still keeping mum about these details, but a couple of e-commerce websites have put the handset up for grabs at Rs 3301 and above.
The Micromax Bolt A064 is aptly priced for the features it offers and it’s one of the most attractive releases we’ve seen in the super affordable category. The handset is a pretty compact one, carrying a 3.5-inch HVGA display on the front and a textured rear panel with a dotted finish made famous by Samsung.
As you’d expect, Android 4.4.2 KitKat comes preloaded and you’ll be treated to a stock UI. The Bolt A064 handset is powered by a 1.3GHz dual core processor, while memory is in the hands of 512MB RAM and 4GB flash storage. What’s a bit disappointing is that there’s no 3G connectivity onboard, but you do get dual SIM slots which support 2G EDGE networks.
