Accessory provider Mad Catz Interactive, announced today that it has begun shipping its AirDrives headset for iPhones.AirDrives are available for adults as well as for kids based on its proprietary InAir innovative personal audio technology.
It features a unique, outer-ear design making use of directional sound allowing users to remain alert and socially engaged while providing a distinctive listening experience.

The patent-pending technology is designed with sound quality, providing overall comfort and long-term ear health in mind.
The Airdrive headset has been medically approved from House Ear Institute and OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Administration) standards for all-day listening based on sound pressure levels detected at the inner ear.
Besides the iPhone, the Airdrives are also compatible with iPods, MP3 players, computers and portable DVD systems.
The retail price for AirDrives is $99.99, while AirDrives for Kids is $69.99. The audio accessories are currently available for purchase through the Mad Catz websites.
