LG Spirit LTE, G4 Stylus 4G out in India via Reliance Retail

The LG Spirit LTE and LG G4 Stylus 4G have been launched in India and are now selling via an exclusive sales and distribution partnership with Reliance Retail. The handsets come equipped with Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) support.

VoLTE is based on an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network. Using this technology, the LG Spirit LTE and LG G4 Stylus 4G have nearly 3 times more voice and data capacity than standard 3G services. The devices capabilities goes up to 6 times more when it comes to 2G GSM. VoWiFi lets users switch between Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity when making calls.

LG Spirit LTE

Diving into its specs, the Spirit LTE sports a 4.7-inch 720p display with a pixel density of 312ppi. In terms of memory, it holds 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal space, further expandable till 32GB. The smartphone snaps photos through an 8MP CMOS autofocus rear camera accompanied by LED flash, alongside a 1MP front-facing one with screen flash.

The dual-SIM LG device’s Gesture Shot ability allows consumers to click selfies by opening and closing a hand in front of the snapper. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and derives its power from a 2100 battery, which in turn fuels a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor. Connectivity options include microUSB 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and A-GPS.

Moving on to the G4 Stylus, the handset has similar features compared to the Spirit LTE. The differences between the phones mainly lie in the former’s 3000mAh battery, 5.7-inch HD display, 13MP BSI main camera with Laser Auto Focus and 5MP front-facing shooter.

Like we said above, the LG Spirit LTE and LG G4 Stylus 4G are out in shops now. The prices of the smartphones haven’t been announced yet, although the company claims the phones have been available since November 10.
