The angry birds seem to be invading every bit of space in search of revenge. LG has tied up with Fox Digital Entertainment and Rovio Mobile to send out the Optimus series smartphones with Angry Birds Rio pre-loaded onto them.
The Optimus 2X dual-core handset which is set to reach Canada will be the first to land pre-loaded with the game. This title does not beg for a console-like gaming experience, though it might be worth mentioning that the phone’s touch capabilities should proffer long hours of bird-slinging fun.

With more than 20 million downloads to date, Angry Birds Rio’s launch has been our most successful ever, and by pre-loading the game on high-performance LG Android smartphones worldwide, we look forward to even more success in the future,” expressed Mikael Hed, CEO of Rovio.
This version of the Rovio creation packs in a few twists from the animated film Rio as it delivers some embarrassingly addictive gameplay and physics-based demolition challenges. The game currently features 60 dedicated levels and new ones are scheduled to be added on a regular basis via updates.
Angry Birds Rio is flying onto the aforesaid LG smartphone series in this quarter.
