Lenovo Z2 Plus quad core, full HD phone hits Amazon India

The Lenovo Z2 Plus smartphone is available exclusively through ecommerce website Amazon India, from September 26. The phone was launched in the country a few days ago. It plays successor to the Zuk Z1 that was inaugurated in May this year.

Amazon is bundling the Z2 Plus with various launch offers that can be availed of until October 3. Buyers can get a promo code of Rs 15000 ecash from Yatra.com till November 30. The website is also throwing in an 80 percent discount on Kindle ebooks, for a maximum bill of Rs 500.

Vodafone will hand out 9GB of extra data for the price of 1GB. HDFC is providing 5 percent cashback to debit card users who purchase the device. Amazon is putting up a Chrono case at a discounted cost of Rs 999 with the Lenovo Z2 Plus. Those booking the phone through the online retailer’s app on September 26 and 27 can win 100 percent cashback via gift cards. However, this applies only to 15 randomly selected customers.

The Z2 Plus is a 4G-enabled smartphone with a Snapdragon 820 processor. It is globally known as the Zuk Z2, but has been renamed for the Indian market. The Android Marshmallow-based device is fitted with a fingerprint sensor and is pre-installed with Google Now Launcher and Lenovo’s U-Health app. It will be sold in black and white color variants.
