The Lenovo Y700-17ISK, the latest addition to the series of gaming laptops, has been unveiled in India and will be up for pre-orders starting from October 1. It’s priced at Rs 125000, positioning it as a premium device for serious gamers.
The Lenovo Y700-17ISK was introduced during the brand’s India Gaming Week in Mumbai. It carries a 17.3-inch IPS full HD screen and is fuelled by a 6th generation Intel Core i7 quad-core processor, working in tandem with 4GB of DDR4 RAM. It houses a 1TB hard disk drive, alongside a 128GB SSD in order to quicken booting and loading times.
Lenovo has equipped the device with an NVIDIA GTX 960M graphics card, JBL speakers, a subwoofer and thermal cooling for optimum temperatures. While the battery capacity has not been disclosed yet, the brand promises the laptop can survive for up to 4 hours. It weighs in at a hefty 3.5kg, which is to be expected from a gadget of this size.

The goodies include a gaming precision mouse, a headset with 7.1 virtual surround sound and a waterproof mouse mat. Disappointingly, the company is not giving away any free games with the device.
