Lenovo Vibe S1 now selling for cheaper at Rs 12999

The Lenovo Vibe S1 has been given a major price cut, a couple of months after the phone had arrived in the country back in November last year. However, the brand is still selling the phone exclusively via Amazon.

The dual-SIM Lenovo Vibe S1 can now be bought at Rs 12999, Rs 3000 lesser than its initial launch value of Rs 15999. The drop in cost will likely drive sales for the handset and may just attract selfie-lovers who don’t want to spend a bomb on their device.

The biggest highlight of the Vibe S1 is its dual-selfie camera setup consisting of an 8MP and 2MP snapper. The former snaps the photo, while the latter analyses the depth of field. When blended together, the user can perform various nifty photo editing tricks like blurring or swapping backgrounds and changing the focus of the image.
