Lenovo has added three new handsets namely the A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700 to its budget A series in India. The first two will be available for sale in retail outlets across the country from mid-September and the last model will begin selling from the end of this month. The trio will be available in white and black color variants.
The A6600 phones share all their features with each other except the RAM. The base model has 1GB RAM, while the A6600 Plus packs 2GB of RAM. They both have a 5-inch HD display and an 8MP rear camera. Their front shooter is of 2MP resolution. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based devices are powered by a 1GHz MediaTek 6735P quad core processor.
The Lenovo A6600 and the A6600 Plus have 16GB of internal memory. They support 4G VoLTE and are juiced by a 2300mAh battery. The two dual SIM handsets will be priced starting from Rs 6999. They are compatible with the Jio 4G network and buyers can make use of the Preview Offer from Reliance till December 31.
Coming to the last entrant in the series, the A7700 has a slightly bigger 5.5-inch display. The gadget is host to two rear speakers that are powered by Waves MaxxAudio. These audio enhancement tools offer increased bass together with clearer sound performance and can be personalized according to the listener’s tastes.
The A7700 runs on Android Marshmallow powered by a 1GHz MediaTek processor and 1GB RAM. It supports 4G VoLTE and has a 2900mAh battery under the hood. Its 8MP rear camera is accompanied by dual LED flash. Internal storage for the device is of 16GB.
