Lenovo announces new range of laptops

Lenovo has announced a new range of laptops powered by 7th generation Intel processors ahead of the festive buying season. This lineup can be purchased at Lenovo Exclusive stores and multi brand outlets like Croma, Reliance Digital and Ezone.

To begin with, there are the Lenovo Ideapad 710s and 510s, both of which are claimed to be high on portability and performance. The latter is host to Harman Kardon speakers and a full HD display. The laptop is supplemented with 8GB RAM and 1TB storage that allows smooth performance while on the move. It can be bought in exchange of Rs 51090.

Lenovo 310

The Ideapad 710s is built on similar lines and sleeker than the previous one. It offers a longer battery life and JBL speakers with Dolby home theater certification. This slim device is designed to be carried easily and costs Rs 73390.

Lenovo has made two multimedia-based laptops for those seeking entertainment. The Ideapad 310 has stereo speakers with Dolby Audio Premium that claim to deliver sound in home theater quality. This system combined with specs like Nvidia graphics is meant to appeal to media-heavy consumers. It is available for Rs 28390.

The other media-rich notebook is the Ideapad 510 which is the higher-end cousin of the Ideapad 310. The former is provided with Nvidia graphics and a full HD resolution that can be a big bonus when it comes to video editing and playing, as well as gaming. This laptop is being sold for Rs 61690.

Lenovo Yoga 710

Lenovo continues to expand its Yoga series with the new Yoga 510. The 360-degree foldable laptop is lightweight and endowed with fast charging technology. Its features are somewhat similar to the Yoga 710. The first will be sold in black and white color variants for Rs 40990 and the latter at Rs 85490.

Laptops are not the only thing on Lenovo’s mind this festive season. The Miix 310 detachable hybrid weighs merely 580 grams, is highly portable, and supplemented with performance-based setups like a long battery life, 4G connectivity, and full HD display. It is available on Amazon India at a seasonal offer of Rs 15990 but is otherwise sold at Rs 16827, lower than its official cost of Rs 17490.

Gaming enthusiasts have reasons to cheer too. A wide 17.3-inch screen working in tandem with quad core processors and discrete graphics are present on the desktop-class gaming laptop Ideapad Y700. Lenovo is bundling this device with a gaming kit that is being offered for a discounted price of Rs 2999. It includes an armored backpack, special headset, mechanical mouse, and gaming mouse. The notebook will be available at Rs 128090.

Lenovo is offering up to 3 years of Accidental Damage Protection and 3 years of additional warranty on select models. The laptops will come bundled with McAfee Live Safe Suite for privacy and protection.
