LeEco Le Max, Le 1s unveiled in India starting at Rs 10999

The LeEco Le Max and Le 1s have been unleashed in India and will be exclusively available via flash sales on Flipkart. The phones are being sold for the first time outside of China and mark the brand’s local debut here.

The first flash sale for the LeEco Le 1s is going to take place on February 2 with its price set at Rs 10999. Anyone who registers before January 21 midnight for the handset stands to win an e-gift voucher worth Rs 500 on buying it. The 64GB storage variant of the Le Max can be bought on February 16 at Rs 32999. There’s also a 128GB Sapphire color model of the device which retails for Rs 69999.

Diving into its specs, the Le Max offers up a 6.33-inch QHD (1440 x 2560p) screen which features a pixel density of 464ppi. It clicks photos through a 21MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, OIS and a Sony IMX230 sensor. A 4MP shooter featuring an aperture of f/2.0 takes care of selfies. The company has also outfitted the device with a fingerprint scanner on the back.

Moving on to the Le 1s, the handset is smaller than the Le Max thanks to a 5.5-inch FHD display. The all-metal phone carries a 13MP main snapper which comes with Samsung ISOCELL technology, LED flash and a blue glass infrared filter. PDAF allows it to focus on an image within 0.09 seconds. The 5MP front-facing unit has been granted an aperture of f/2.0 and an 85-degree wide-angle lens.

The dual-SIM LeEco smartphone ships with a fingerprint sensor and is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 CPU. Its 3000mAh battery has been equipped with fast charging capabilities to deliver 3.5 hours of juice after just 5 minutes of powering up via a USB Type-C cable. The 4G-ready device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with a layer of the brand’s own EUI 5.5 on top.
