Lava Iris 405+ dual SIM, dual core Android smartphone is out online

Lava is sitting on an Iris 405+ smartphone announcement, it seems. The company has yet to unveil the device, but online retailer Flipkart, is currently listing it with a Coming Soon attached. The most eye-catching thing about its appearance is the dual color combination of a gray bezel surrounding the screen and a black rear casing.

The handset is expected to arrive with Jelly Bean 4.2 onboard and a 4-inch capacitive LCD as well as a 0.3MP webcam taking up the front. None of the details on the specifications sheet is likely to blow your mind unless you own one of those Nokia 106-ish feature phones.

Lava Iris 405 Plus

A couple of highlights worth mentioning cover the two SIM slots integrated into the Lava Iris 405+, its 1.3GHz dual core processor and a 5MP rear camera. You can scroll down for the full list of features, if you please.

It’s a pity that this Iris handset packs in just a 1400mAh battery. We suppose it’s good for 2G users with its 10 hours of promised talk time. But you’ll only be able to squeeze out 2 hours of the same on 3G networks.

Rear and Angled View

There’s no point heading to the Flipkart product page hosting the smartphone since the price and release date are MIA. But we’ll hit you with the link as soon as it’s available for sale.
