EA Mobile, a division of the Electronic Arts Inc Casual Entertainment Label is introducing the panda through Kung Fu Panda, a mobile game featuring all the characters and locations from the Dream Works Animation Movies.

“We’re huge DreamWorks Animation fans, and we jumped at the chance to create a mobile game based on one of their films,” said Travis Boatman, VP Worldwide Studios for EA Mobile. “Kung Fu Panda is a natural fit for a game. The story’s engaging characters, inspirational message and fast action made it easy to create an irresistible mobile game experience.”

The game featuring the cool panda with hot actions is created by the collaboration of Dream Works Animation and EA Extranet. Players can take up the role of the hero Po or come into action in the role of the bad treacherous snow leopard Tai Lung and create havoc in the Valley of Peace. Well if you want to be Po, then be ready for a tough training to be able to be proclaimed as the Kung Fu Master. As Tai Lung, one will have the mission to steal the ‘legendary Dragon Scroll’.

You can use moves like jump, run, dodge and duck to fight your way through the 10 levels full of actions. As you progress, you learn to fight with ‘tradition and honor’, and if you are successful enough, a secret character is unlocked in the game. So have maximum fun with this adventurous game.

“We wanted to provide a game based on the movie that would extend the Kung Fu Panda experience in new, inventive ways on mobile phones,” said Kerry Phelan, Head of Worldwide Consumer Products for DreamWorks Animation. “Kung Fu Panda from EA Mobile offers an engaging experience that captures the great action and humor of the film.”

The game is available via various carriers in North America. The game will be made available in Europe in June. There is no word on the pricing, however, if you want more information on the carriers providing the game, just log on to www.eamobile.com.
