Karbonn Titanium S5+ mid-range smartphone has shown up at online retailers in India

In the much crowded mid-range mobile segment of India, Karbonn has launched its own smartphone dubbed Titanium S5+ that very predictably, is the successor to the Titanium S5 that was launched in March this year. The device has been listed as available on online retailers like Snapdeal and Saholic, priced under Rs 11,000 and can also be seen on the official website. But we still haven’t heard anything about the Titanium X’s availability or price.

The Titanium S5+ offers a multi-touch real estate of 5 inches and its capacitive OnCell IPS screen has a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The display sits snugly on an exterior that has dimensions of 138 x 70.5 x 7.9 millimeters and tips the scales at 104.5 grams. They are splashed in shades of deep blue or pearl white.

A 1800mAh battery rests under the hood and coughs up the juice for talk time of about 4 hours and standby time of close to 4 days. It gives you merely 4GB of internal hoarding space, thus the company has carved an expansion slot for increasing the storage by up to 32GB.

The dual SIM phablet sports an 8MP camera as well as a front snapper for capturing pictures and videos and making conferencing calls. Its primary shooter brings features like auto focus, LED flash, digital zoom and many more to the table. Also, the handset operates with the assistance of Jelly Bean 4.2 and integrates a quad core processor ticking at 1.3GHz. You can even expect an entire gigabyte of RAM.

The Karbonn Titanium S5+ is available through Saholic and Snapdeal for Rs 10,990 and Rs 10,594, respectively.
