Lately we had heard about the Samsung Soul and L700. Samsung continues its legacy and proudly launches two new slider phones namely J800 Luxe and L870.
The J800 Luxe features a 2.2-inch 176 x 220 pixels TFT display, a 2 megapixel camera, photo blog function, supports microSD card, Bluetooth with A2DP and HTML Browser. For all the music lovers this triband phone features a media player and FM radio which comes with RDS and an integrated document viewer.
The Samsung J800 Luxe is about 15mm and is said to be a mid-range phone. There has been no word on its pricing and availability.
The Samsung L870 is yet another slider that runs on Symbian OS is about 13.5mm thick. It features a 3 megapixel, auto-focus camera, 2.4-inch TFT display with QVGA resolution. This phone supports tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSDPA 3.6Mbps for fast wireless data transfers. It also bundles an FM Radio, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, 100MB onboard storage space and supports a microSD card up to 4 GB.
Though the price is not revealed, the Samsung L870 will hit the European market by August this year.
