The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus have officially gone up for sale in India across online and offline outlets. The former is priced at Rs 64000 for its 64GB variant and Rs 77000 for its 256GB one, while the latter goes for Rs 73000 and Rs 86000, respectively.
Flipkart has added an extra Rs 3000 to the iPhone 8 duo’s exchange value and is serving up a 1-year Buyback Guarantee worth Rs 33000. You’ll have to pay Rs 99 now if you want to avail the latter deal. There’s also a 5% cut for Axis Bank Buzz credit cards.
Amazon India is presenting you with 2 options. One bundles in Jio’s 70% buyback offer and the other promises up to Rs 10000 off upon exchange. The telecom operator’s scheme is also available via its own site, Reliance Digital outlets, and Jio Stores.
It should be noted that the 70% buyback is based on the cost of the iPhone 8 without taxes, not the actual MRP. You’ll have to enroll in a Rs 799/month for 12 months or above plan or pay Rs 9588 in one go. Once the year is up, you must return the device in a working condition.
Moreover, Reliance Jio won’t be doling out the buyback in the form of hard cash. Instead, it’ll give you a voucher which can be used to buy the next iPhone or anything else from Reliance Digital. There are a lot of strings attached to the deal at the end of the day, so read the terms and conditions carefully before plunging ahead with it.
