Fitted with a golden trim, the Intex Aqua Speed HD smartphone has arrived in the Indian market bearing an exciting price tag that reads Rs 8999. As its name implies, there’s an HD display placed on its front surface, offering sharp visuals to prospective buyers.
Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, who happens to be the company’s business head in the mobile phones department said that the Intex Aqua Speed HD is an effort towards, ‘inventing and improvising’ their offerings. This new handset has been created so that it comes across as a package of ‘smart designing, tactical pricing and youthful colors,’ according to him.
The Aqua Speed HD smartphone has been blessed with a 4.7-inch 720p HD display, and runs the Android 4.4 KitKat OS. There’s a 1.3GHz quad core MediaTek MT6582M processor fueling its operations, apart from 2GB worth of RAM. Moreover, 16GB worth of storage has also been granted to the device, apart from a microSD card slot supporting an additional 32GB of space.

This Intex phone comes equipped with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front one. It’s backed by 1700mAh power pack that keeps it going in between charges. It’s of course a dual SIM offering, if you’re wondering about that.
