Intex Aqua Eco, Aqua Y3 budget Android smartphones outed in India

The Intex Aqua Eco and Aqua Y3 are two new budget smartphones for the ultra-affordable market and they’re yet to be officially launched, but have popped up on the company’s website. The two additions carry sub-Rs 4500 prices and come with basic features for a smooth Android experience.

The Intex Aqua Eco is the cheaper of the two handsets carrying a retail tag of Rs 3650. In spite of this, it still manages to offer slightly better features compared to the Y3. The phone comes with a 4-inch WVGA IPS display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor.

Memory-wise, the handset packs 512MB RAM and 512MB internal storage and there’s a microSD card slot as well. And while dual SIM support is included, you won’t have access to 3G. The Intex phone also has a 1.3MP front camera, a 3.2MP rear snapper with LED flash and a 1500mAh battery. The downside here is that you get Android 4.2 Jelly Bean running the show.
