InstantService launches InstantMobile Chat App

InstantService Logo InstantService has made public a chat and email management solution called the InstantMobile application. Ideal for corporate customers, this application is apt for today’s jet speed lifestyle.

It will act as a medium for multi-channel communication between companies and customers. Users will be provided with a platform to interact with service agents via their handsets along with reducing the standard telephone support costs. The application will offer customers a complete experience as it is absolutely customizable.

Apart from creating device native chat clients for the T-Mobile G1 and Apple iPhone, InstantService continues developing the solution for other devices as requested.
