iBall’s new Cobalt Oomph 4.7D smartphone which first spotted back in February, could soon be getting an official launch in India. The handset has now been listed on the company’s main website, but there’s still no word on price and availability just yet.

The iBall Cobalt Oomph 4.7D looks quite a lot like the iPhone. The device’s design is very similar to what Apple uses. Expect it doesn’t come close to looking even a bit premium. We’re not at all surprised as this isn’t the first time the OEM has copied a popular design. The font panel sports a 4.7-inch display which is a 720p HD IPS panel and a circular home button just below.

There’s also a 5MP selfie camera here, while the rear panel has an 8MP shooter. The flipside sports a clean metallic look and styling similar to that of the new iPhone. Like the Andi 5M Xotic which went on sale a couple of weeks back, the iBall Cobalt Oomph 4.7D phone is a mid-range release.

You will be able add up to 32GB of extra hoarding space through the microSD card slot. Android 4.4 KitKat is preloaded with the Cobalt Oomph 4.7D smartphone and an update to Lollipop is promised for the future.
