The Huawei Honor 5C is likely landing in India on June 22, with the brand sending out press invites for an event in New Delhi. The handset initially made its debut in China back in April this year.
The dual-SIM Huawei Honor 5C will probably be an affordable phone like the other models in the series. There are two versions of the handset currently available in China. One supports 3G and is priced at CNY 899 (approx Rs 9000), while the other supports 4G and costs CNY 999 (roughly Rs 10250). The brand will likely bring only the LTE-ready version to India.
The Honor 5C offers a pretty decent mix of specs for a budget offering. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow right off the bat and gets its juice from a 3000mAh battery. The handset is powered by the brand’s own HiSilicon Kirin 650 octa-core processor which has 4 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and the other 4 at 2GHz.
