Huawei Ascend G700 and G610 out now with affordable price tags

We have two new smartphones coming in from Huawei in the form of the Ascend G700 and the Ascend G610. These two phablets have been blessed by the Chinese company with affordable price tags, and have already been listed by Amazon US. The two devices were unveiled yesterday in Taiwan as rivals to the Galaxy Grand and other similar phones. With Huawei having set up a strong presence in India, we can expect them to enter our market in the near future.

The Ascend G700 and G610 are selling in their unlocked forms trough Amazon US at $289.99 and $249.99, respectively. Moreover, Unwired View has also pointed out that one of these phones has already made its way to Europe. You can find the Ascend G700 on Amazon Germany, priced at €300.

The Ascend G700 kicks in a 5-inch display which is able to dole its visuals out with an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It runs on a 1.2GHz quad core MTK6589 ARMv7 Cortex-A7 processor, and is backed by 2GB worth of RAM. This Android 4.2 device also features 8GB of internal storage, apart from an 8MP rear camera and 1.3MP front snapper.

The G610 on the other hand, is a 4.1 Jelly Bean-equipped gadget which too grabs a 5-inch screen, albeit with a 960 x 540 pixel resolution. It runs on a Snapdragon MSM8625Q quad core processor which has been clocked at 1.2GHz. 1GB worth of RAM and 4GB of internal storage make their way into it as well.
