HTC One X Wi-Fi 01

The speculated HTC One X Wi-Fi troubles finally seem to have found a handy solution. Just after the handset was launched in Europe, a cluster of HTC users reported experiencing poor Wi-Fi signals.

The remedy could be something as simple as squeezing a specific part of the device so that the Wi-Fi signal works well. Basically, the Taiwan-based company has located a problem with certain areas of the phone surrounding the antennae network points. Considering that it could be a production defect, HTC has incorporated some changes in the process to avoid such hassles in future devices.

It’s still not clear whether only Europe is facing the Wi-Fi problem or if it persists worldwide. Just recently, HTC Europe issued a statement to the XDA regarding this problem, as reported by Android Central.
