HTC One Max shows up for the first time in leaked images

It’s been quite some time since we last heard about the HTC One Max (or T6) and those who have been waiting with bated breath for a glimpse of the device are in luck. The upcoming HTC smartphone has been spotted in a host of leaked images, showing off its frontal profile.

And this news has originated from none other than the Hong Kong website ePrice, which had been spilling out significant information about various smartphones including the Sony Honami and the HTC Butterfly S. From what it has rendered this time, the HTC One Max (picture given below) looks almost identical to the Taiwanese company’s current flagship, except that the former has been crafted with a slimmer bezel.

At the same time, the website has also confirmed most of the speculations with respect to the phone’s specifications made previously. So this means that there are higher chances of the handset parading a 5.9-inch full HD touchscreen, while hiding a 2.3GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset under this panel.

The report, however, is still doubtful about Key Lime Pie forming a part of the device’s ecosystem, but says that the gadget will likely feature a stylus. Additionally, there is quite the possibility that the handset could come with a fingerprint sensor on its back panel.

It is still too early to expect a price for the One Max. As for the launch details, we have our hopes pegged on the IFA next month.

Rumored specifications:

– 5.9-inch display with 1080p resolution
– Android Key Lime Pie OS
– 2.3GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset
– 16GB inbuilt memory and 2GB of RAM
– UltraPixel main camera and 2.1MP secondary webcam
– 3,300mAh battery
