HTC One M9+ with a 5.2-inch Quad HD display and octa core processor introduced in India

The HTC One M9+ smartphone which was launched in India last month has now been made available for purchase. The phone has a price tag of Rs 52500 and it can be picked up through local retail stores as well as ecommerce websites.

As you probably know, the Taiwanese OEM decided to bring the HTC One M9+ to India instead of the original M9 flagship which is available elsewhere. It’s still uncertain whether the latter phone will reach the country at a later date or not. The ‘plus’ model is no slouch and it also falls in the flagship category as it packs high-end features.

Additionally, HTC has also given it better hardware compared to the regular One M9. The phone is the first release from the company to have a 2K QHD display. The panel spans 5.2 inches wide and has a 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution. However, you will not see the Snapdragon 810 processor here.

The One M9+ also comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop and the same Sense 7 UI which can be found on the original flagship model.
